Hannah was very clear in her suggestions for the specific condition I brought to her attention. She respected my observations and views on the course of action. She provided time, and made clear that there was sufficient time . Hannah also properly followed up when I forgot to book a time to have bloods taken and the appointment was made at a mutually convenient time.

I had 5 stitches removed from my arm by a practice nurse and trainee yesterday, I do not know the names of these nurses, the treatment was very good.

Hannah was great this morning - she was kind, funny and a great multi-tasker I really feel that she was there to help and didn't just push me out of the door as quickly as possible (which I feel surgery's in general have a reputation for) I left feeling much relieved and confident that the issue would be resolved - thank you Hannah
